The landlords must notify the tenant within 2 days of receiving the report if they are not satisfied with the credit history and wish to void the lease. Failure to notify the tenant within this period will be deemed as the landlords waiving this condition.

- The tenant(s) must maintain tenant insurance at all times, including civil liability coverage of at least 2 million dollars for the entire duration of the lease.

- Smoking of cannabis, cigarettes, or any similar substances, as well as vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property.

- Any form of subletting is prohibited (including Airbnb or similar platforms).

- The tenant(s) must read and comply with the condominium rules and regulations. They will be responsible for any fines and/or penalties resulting from their actions or non-compliance.

- If a deposit representing the first month's rent and a security deposit is provided by the tenant(s), the amount must be held in trust by HP & Associés. The security deposit will be released to the landlord (and not kept in the agency's trust account) and returned to the tenant(s) within 15 days following their departure, provided the property is returned in the same condition as at the start of occupancy.

- Prior to occupancy, a professional quality cleaning will be performed in the property.

- No pets are allowed.
